With high voltage matches, in search of results and action that left every spectator in Kakamigahara, Japan, with adrenaline.

MALAYSIA 2 VS INDIA 1 (POOL A)

The first match of the day was between two teams with a lot of experience in these events and with a long history of facing each other in this type of tournament, Malaysia vs India.

The yellow team started off on the right foot as after six minutes of play they took the lead with a goal by NAZERI Dian to put the team led by HASSAN Lailin one goal ahead of India, who were not going to be left behind either.

Although both teams had chances to score, both goalkeepers gave a fantastic performance in the circle, it was India who tied the game in the tenth minute with a penalty corner goal scored by Khan Mumtaz.

Without delay, the girls in blue went in search of everything after their first goal and managed to win it with a goal by Deepika in the 26th minute after a penalty stroke charged by the referee that allowed the Indian team to put the 2-1 that would give them their second victory and thus partially take the first place of Pool A.

Malaysia will play their next match against Uzbekistan, while India will play Korea.

The best player of the match was player number 25, MOHD Khairunnisa.

 

CHINESE TAIPEI 2 VS UZBEKISTAN 1 (POOL A)

In the second match of the day, the two teams at the bottom of the standings in Pool A played against each other. Both needed to get points to start trying to fight in Pool A, but it was not an easy game for either team, as it was a very even game with many plays that could have been goals but could not be achieved.

LIU Kuo-Chien’s team only managed to score in the 18th minute, with a goal by HUANG Yi-Chun to make it 1-0 and give the blue and whites the lead in the second quarter of the match.

Just seven minutes later, the same Chinese Taipei player scored her second goal and the second for her team to dream of the much-desired three points after two defeats.

The team coached by MUTALAPOVA Liliya, did not give up and had their chances, but without scoring them and it was in the 60th minute that ABDULLAEVA Dilafruz was able to score the first and last goal that would leave the match 2-1 with an agonizing victory for Chinese Taipei.

Uzbekistan will be looking to win their first match against Malaysia, while Chinese Taipei will be looking to add another three against India.

The best player of the match was the author of the two goals WANG Yu-Chiu who gave the first three points to her team.

 

HONG KONG CHINA 0 VS INDONESIA 0 (POOL B)

Third match of the day and first of Pool B between Hong Kong China and Indonesia, in search of points between them, this match promised to have spark and excitement as both needed to get the three points, but this was not possible.

Both the team led by ARIFALI, and the team led by PRIBADI Yanuar were unable to score goals. Both had chances and chances to enter the circle, but neither could finish in good port and thus be able to take advantage of each other.

The red team tried to block in an orderly manner and take advantage of all the offensive opportunities, while the white team defended with a little more problems inside the circle and had their chances from the middle of the field.

This was not enough, and the match ended in a 0-goal draw with each team taking a point each.

Indonesia will play their next match against Kazakhstan for their last chance to move up a few places in the table, while Hong Kong China will look to do the same against the powerful Chinese team.

The best player of the match was captain Name SIK Chung Yin, who said she was proud of her team’s performance, that they listened to their coach’s instructions and that they are improving game by game. They are looking to grow as a team and very expectant of what is to come.

KAZAKHSTAN 0 VS CHINA 14 (POOL B)

The last match of the day was between Kazakhstan and China, the second and third in the Pool B standings would face each other in their second match to try to take advantage of each other and climb up the standings.

It did not take long for YANG Huiping’s team to take the lead as three minutes into the game ZHANG Dian scored the first goal for her team which would open the door for the next thirteen goals scored by the red team until the 57th minute of the game.

The goals were scored by ZHANG Dian x4, HAO Guoting x2, LIANG Weizhi , CAI Wenqian , ZHANG Jing x2, WEI Yuanmeng x2 and XU Wenjuan.

BEIBITOV Nurzhan’s players had some chances in the opponent’s circle but none of them ended up in the goal so there were no goals for the girls in yellow.

With the final score of 14-0, China got its second win and will look for the third one against the local team, Japan, to define the first place in Pool B.

On the other hand, Kazakhstan will play against Indonesia for the third place.
