Advertised for tonight’s show from the WWE Performance Center: NXT champion Bron Breakker is back after successfully defending his title at Vengeance Day, and the man he beat there, Grayson Waller, is off suspension & ready to square off with Tyler Bate. Women’s champ Roxanne Perez teams with the legendary Meiko Satomura to take on Kayden Carter & Kacy Catanzaro, and Jacy Jayne will tell us why she turned on Toxic Attraction teammate Gigi Dolin last week. North American champ Wes Lee’s issued an open challenge, and Axiom & Damon Kemp, Hank Walker & Charlie Dempsey, and Thea Hail & Tiffany Stratton also face off in singles action… and more!

WWE NXT RESULTS AND LIVE BLOG FOR FEB. 14
Don’t look in those sunken eyes, don’t look and you’ll stay alive. Don’t laugh in the face of death or your tongue will blister. Can’t die until Satan says you die and Satan takes your soul, but me? I’m just here to liveblog this pro wrestling show for you, folks.
The show opens with a memorial graphic for Memphis wrestling legend Jerry Jarrett.
Grayson Waller vs. Tyler Bate
Feeling out, Bate has the upper hand, dropkick for two! Waller with a takedown for a nearfall, back elbow gets a hip toss, Tyler cracks off another dropkick and follows it with an exploder and a standing shooting star press… NOPE! To the floor, Grayson slides out, big lariat takes Bate down and we go to break!
Back from commercial, Waller working a backbreaker hold, Bate with knees to fight out of it and then right hands! Knee lift from Grayson, throwing Tyler into the ropes but he rebounds and comes back and hits the lariat! Airplane spin, Waller gets the better of him in the aftermath, knee lift, out of the corner with the flipping Killswitch… STILL NO!
Elbows into a cover, still no, Waller tuning up the band and charging in, superkick blocked, Bop and Bang connects! Another big elbow, a superkick… WALLER GETS A HAND ON THE ROPES! Underhooks, Grayson slips out, schoolboy and a handful of tights but the Big Strong Boy kicks out! Slingshot sunset flip blocked, hand on the ropes, referee catches him…
Tyler Bate wins by pinfall with a sunset flip.
We see footage of Josh Briggs giving Brooks Jensen a pep talk about his date tonight wherein Jensen is flustered because he’s never… y’know. Briggs tells him it’s okay, plenty of 22-year-olds have never hit a home run. Brooks admits he’s never been kissed (no shame pal, I made it to 34 before I got lucky the first time, I have faith in you) and Josh gives him some quick instructions about how to get a kiss.
Fallon Henley rolls up to ask what they’re doing, faces an inch or two apart, and Josh spills the beans and embarrasses Jensen.
Jacy Jayne is walking backstage when we cut to Gorilla, where Grayson Waller is screaming and throwing things at “Heartbreak Man” Shawn Michaels” until somebody pulls him away and HBM calls for the break.
Back from commercial, we get a vignette of Apollo Crews journalling in the dark.
He throws his journal down and calls Dabba Kato out, saying he felt his hug and then he laid him out like that? No call, no text, he tuned in last week and all he has to say is that he’s supposed to know what he did? What they did was share the road and major moments and family time together.
Kato has his reasons and now Crews has his, and the only thing he’s focused on is revenge.
Jacy Jayne makes her entrance and gets on the mic.
She says last week was the end of the Toxic Attraction story and the beginning of the Jacy Jayne story and now it’s all about her and she’s been the talk of NXT. She doesn’t regret stomping Gigi Dolin’s head in, she just regrets not doing it sooner, and she’s watched the footage a thousand times but she wants to see it again.
People ask if she really had to kick her that hard, and yes, yes she did. All of us want to sit here and act like Gigi is the victim, but anyone with two brain cells understands that she is the real victim here. She’s no longer going to be taking care of all of Dolin’s mistakes, and she wants every single person in this building and watching at home to listen very carefully: screw you.
For the last two years, we’ve all seen her as the one who didn’t belong, who called her the third wheel, who wondered why she was even in Toxic Attraction, but now she’s got the spotlight.
We get footage from earlier of Meiko Satomura arriving at the arena.
Chase U are backstage.
Thea Hail is jumpy and Duke Hudson and Andre Chase are trying to get what happened with the Schism out of her. She won’t back out because that means they win, so tonight she’s gonna looke fear in the face and say “Hi fear, I’m Thea and you’re gonna get an Andre Chase University-sized ass whooping!”
And so we go to break.

Thea Hail vs. Tiffany Stratton
Stratton in control early, Hail cuts her off but then immediately gets distracted and starts crying when she sees a man in a smiley mask and a Schism t-shirt in the crowd! Tiffany brings her back inside, no pin, fireman’s carry, Thea throws her to the apron where Stratton wrenches her arm over the middle rope, slingshot senton, only two!
Reverse chinlock, Hail slips out, axehandles, she’s fired up, suicide dive connects! Back inside, Tiffany takes her out…
Tiffany Stratton wins by pinfall with the double jump moonsault.
Javier Bernal rolls up on the Diamond Mine dojo and he’s got a special opportunity for Tatum Paxley.
He asks her to be his Javi-tine but she’s taken. He laughs her off and makes the same offer to Ivy Nile, who would love to be his Javi-tine, and then while he’s excited she grabs him and chokes him out with the Compassionate Release!
Isla Dawn’s voice comes from somewhere to taunt Tatum Paxley about her refusal to stand on her own or whatever and she and Ivy leave.
Axiom makes his entrance and we go to break.
Axiom vs. Damon Kemp
Axiom right in with forearms in the corner, big hesitation dropkick follows! Back and forth, Kemp with a huge wheelbarrow German suplex! Another German suplex, a third, but Axiom comes back with a big series of kicks, setting it up…
Axiom wins by pinfall with Golden Ratio.
We get a social media hype reel of Brooks Jensen’s date with Kiana James.
Fallon Henley and Josh Briggs are backstage talking in the locker room and she’s had enough and she has to tell Brooks, leaving Josh confused as we go to break.
Backstage, we get a Twitter video of Grayson Waller screaming about “Heartbreak Man” Shawn Michaels kicking him out of the building and how he’s a hypocrite etc.
Bron Breakker makes his entrance and gets on the mic.
He says it feels a little different in here tonight, and when one door closes the next one opens, but this next challenge ahead of him is different and it feels bigger. It’s the match that everybody wants to see, him vs. Him—
Enter Jinder Mahal and Indus Sher.
Bron says he wasn’t expecting to see Mahal and Jinder tells him a great champion should always expect the unexpected, and he’s here to respectfully interrupt. He admires that Breakker has carried NXT on his shoulders for a year, but he knows very well the weight he carries on his shoulder.
He knows the stress of the next challenger, of trying to retain your title, and not only that, but he completely understands all the media and appearances, the late nights and early mornings that come with being the champ. Former WWE Champion to current NXT Champion, is this the reign Bron dreamt of?
Breakker says he’s damn straight it is and he demands to know what Jinder is talking about. Mahal says he must be deaf if he doesn’t hear that small pocket of fans who once loved him and now are changing their tune. But it’s okay, he knows better than anyone else that you either die a hero or you become the villain.
Bron tells him the fans can say whatever they want, and Mahal is here because of that arrogance. The fact that he can’t acknowledge what’s going on around him, that the tides are changing and he’s tired and vulnerable and weak, and that’s why he’s challenging Breakker to a match next week for the title.
Bron tells him to stop wasting everyone’s time with the new Three Man Band out here, which gets 3MB chants until Jinder tells everyone to relax. He says the people don’t like him and he knows he only brought 3MB up so they would like him, but after he takes the title they still won’t like him and they won’t even feel bad for him, but don’t worry, the Maharaja will.
Katana Chance and Kayden Carter roll up on Roxanne Perez and Meiko Satomura to admit they were pissed over the titles last week and they should apologize for the way they acted. Perez accepts the apology and asks if they still want to have the match, and they do.
Roxanne thanks Meiko for coming so far to help her, and Satomura says she has her reasons.
We see Wes Lee walking backstage for his open challenge, and we go to break.
Back from commercial, Indi Hartwell is interviewed.
After everything she went through she was happy to see Gigi Dolin get her head put into a door, but listening to everything Jacy Jayne was saying, she has to say the only place she’s going is behind her.
Wes Lee is ready for his open challenge and seemingly Tony D’Angelo accepts, but Donovan Dijak attacks him from behind, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo gets involved, and Von Wagner is the one who actually gets the match!

Lee with probing dropkicks, caught by a goozle, backed into the corner, spine-first into the turnbuckles a couple times! Biel across the ring, shoulder thrusts, to the floor, smashing the champion’s face into the announce desk while Robert Stone, dressed like a bumblebee going to prom, reminds him he can’t win out here.
Back inside, Wes with right hands, off the ropes, Wagner with a big lariat… NOPE! More right hands, duck under a boot, heel trip takedown, double stomp, standing moonsault and Von is on the back foot! Dropkick into the corner, charging uppercut, enzuigiri, Lee off the top, tornado DDT blocked!
Big pop-up drop, a boot follows… LEE KICKS OUT! Handspring…
Wes Lee wins by pinfall with a handspring kick, retaining the NXT North American Championship.
Hank Walker rolls up on Drew Gulak in his fancy new singlet.
He doesn’t have wrestling boots, so Drew gifts him an old pair of his and tells him to lace ‘em up ‘cause he’s next, and we go to break.
Charlie Dempsey vs. Hank Walker
Dempsey with a hammerlock, shift to a side headlock, shot off, shoulder block, fired up and Charlie cuts him off with forearms! Walker clocks him one, a big boot leaves both of them down and out! Dempsey gets the heel-trap bow-and arrow…
Charlie Dempsey wins by submission with the heel-trap bow-and-arrow.
Post-match, Charlie refuses to let go of the hold and referees have to swarm him to get him away! Drew Gulak pops up on the apron to confront him and they leave together while Hank looks on, angry and confused.
Von Wagner is backstage with Robert Stone screaming and throwing things. Stone has plenty to say but what’s the point? He didn’t lose the match for a lack of ability, he lost because his walls are up and he doesn’t have a connection to anybody. He has to break his walls down and help Robert help him.
Stone doesn’t have time for people who have their walls up, but he has time for the guy inside, and he’ll get Von where he wants to go, but again, he has to help him help him.
And so we go to break.
