Magic Tips Best Bets
Race 2: ROYAL MAZARIN (1)
Jockey: C Habib – Trainer: J Soma
ROYAL MAZARIN tried hard in his last start over 2400m at Turffontein but found one too good in the form of Alfaatik. The son of Flower Alley should have no issues with the step up to 2800m. He meets a similar type of field today and can go one better.
Race 3: TRE AMICI (1)
Jockey: M Yeni – Trainer: R Sage
TRE AMICI is one of the better bets on today’s card. He ran a good race when second over this distance on the Turffontein Inside course last time. He showed good pace, but was outrun late by Tanganga. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. He meets the right field and should shed his maiden tag.
Race 6: PRINCESS OZMA (4)
Jockey: SCRATCHED – Trainer: P Muscutt
PRINCESS OZMA has run two good races since joining the Sean Tarry stable. She challenged strongly over 1600m last time, but found one too good in the form of Moraine. The daughter of Futura tries the 1800m for the first time and if seeing out the extra distance on offer, she can go one better. She is carded to race on 29 November 2022 and her progress in that race will need to be monitored.
Top Bet For Today
Race 7: GLITTERING GIRL (3)
Jockey: G Lerena – Trainer: J A Janse van Vuuren
GLITTERING GIRL is better than her last start over this distance on the Turffontein Inside course. She returns from a 12-week break, during which time she changed stables. The daughter of Rafeef has plenty of class about her and she is the best weighted runner in this contest. Gavin Lerena retains the ride and she should take a power of beating.

Race 8: INTEGRATE (6)
Jockey: J Mariba – Trainer: J Soma
INTEGRATE’S last two starts have been decent. He was slow into stride over 1160m at Turffontein last time, but the manner in which he stayed on at the finish was encouraging. He has won once, finished second once and third once from five starts on this course. If jumping on terms, he can notch up his third career victory.
