Hapoel Tel Aviv announced the team has signed Jordan McRae. The guard spent last year with Boulogne-Levallois, where he averaged 13.7 points per game along with 2.5 assists and two rebounds in 26 minutes. McRae was drafted 58th overall in the second round of the 2014 NBA draft by the Spurs.
