CLEAN trailer with Adrien Brody and RZA

CLEAN removes Dirty Scum: Action Movie Review

World renowned actor Adrien Brody (The Pianist, The French Dispatch, Blonde), makes a welcome return to our screens in his self- penned thrilling new revenge feature Clean from director and co-writer Paul Solet (Bullet Head)

Adrien Brody CLEANs up

The film boasts stand-out performances from an impressive cast including Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA, Glenn Fleshler (Joker, Billions), Mykelti Williamson (Forrest Gump, Fences) Richie Merritt (White Boy Rick) and rising star Chandler DuPont (Charm City Kings) and is set to a brilliant soundtrack.

Brody takes the lead as a trashman who is tormented by his violent and criminal past and is hell-bent on making amends. Haunted by personal tragedy he is determined to find redemption by helping those around him.

He dedicates his life to his broken community, and the safety of young girl who reminds him of his daughter. When her life is put in danger, it reignites the darkness and brutality he has worked so hard to leave behind.

In his attempts to save the girl, can he save himself and at what cost?

Good Score or Poor Draw?

Definite Good Score; A very decent, gritty, violent action watch. Features a great damaged character trying to do good as a garbageman who is forced to return to his previous life to unleash carnage and retribution on a succession of men who have made unpleasant, unfortunate, unforgiving life choices. He cleans the scum.

If you liked The Accountant, John Wick and The Equalizer then this is for you.

Classy direction, great acting, great cast, cool music and cinematic photography.
