This past weekend Level 9 and 10 athletes competed at the 2023 Ontario Championships in London Ontario. Gymnasts competed a chance to earn a spot on Team Ontario and represent their province at the 2023 Eastern Canadian Championships (May 12-15, 2023 in Sherbrooke, QC) and 2023 Canadian Championships (May 18-22, 2023 in Richmond, BC).

Also, competing at the 2023 Canadian Championships will be our High Performance and National Team athletes were named by Gymnastics Canada in February at the 2023 Elite Canada.
