TGI is looking for an enthusiastic coaches interested in coaching Recreational Gymnastics and Summer Camp July 3rd to September 1st. We are looking for a self-motivated, committed and positive individual to join our growing team! The coaches will work with athletes of various ages and abilities and should be able to work evenings and weekends.
Coaches will interact with athletes and will keep parents up to date on athlete’s progress. They will work closely with TGI’s team of coaches across our program to ensure the best experience for all involved.
Must be available to work daytime in the Summer, Monday to Friday, and evenings/weekends in the fall. We’re looking for a coach or coaches looking for 12+ hours/ week. Coaching schedules vary and wages are based on experience.
Requirements:
Minimum NCCP Foundations certification including trampoline
First Aid certification
Vulnerable Sector Police Check (over the age of 18)
Passion for gymnastics
Ability to motivate athletes of various abilities, ages, and levels
Excellent communication skills with athletes
Dedicated team player with the ability to take the initiative and be independent
Self motivated, responsible and reliable
Flexible work hours are required (weekends and evenings)
Summer Camp (daytime 8:45am – 12:15pm or 8:45am – 4:15pm)
