Acosta weighed-in at 111.6 lbs. Cordova showed the same. The flyweight bout is scheduled for 10 rounds.
In the co-main event San Diego’s Jorge Chavez (5-0, 4 KOs) and Alberto Nieves (4-2-1, 2 KOs) of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico square off at featherweight. Both fighters tipped the scales at 125.2 lbs for their six round featherweight bout.
